Our UK motor rescue and recovery network comprises around 400 network partners, giving access to over 3500 vehicle technicians.

As well as our main assistance networks, we have access to commercial vehicle network, various hire car suppliers, locksmiths and tyre specialists. Excess Protection

Designed specifically to enhance your customer proposition

Motor Excess Protection enables your customers to insure against having to pay excess on their motor insurance in the event of a fault claim.

How does it work?

Motor Excess Protection enables your customers to insure against having to pay an excess on their motor insurance in the event of a fault claim, i.e. if there is no other liable party involved. The policy reimburses the excess paid upon settlement. Excess Protection can be sold under your brand and has been designed specifically to enhance your customer proposition and product portfolio. This product is a valuable addition to the range of add-on policies available.

Customers are able to select the level of excess they wish to protect and in the event of a fault claim, they will have their excess reimbursed, as long as the value of the claim is higher than the main policy excess. The benefits from an excess policy are paid as soon as the main insurance policy has been settled. Cover also allows an unlimited number of claims up to the annual cover limit.
