Third party networks

  • Our UK motor rescue and recovery network comprises around 400 agents, giving access to over 4,000 vehicles and technicians.
  • In the Republic of Ireland our network has 110 agents, giving access to over 400 recovery vehicles based in the Republic, with a further 10 agents in Northern Ireland.
  • All our UK agents are PAS43 compliant.

  • Local agents ensure a rapid response and first class knowledge of the areas covered.
  • Our dedicated motorcycle rescue network uses specialists wherever possible.
  • Additional networks specialise in hire car, hotel, taxi and heavy vehicle recovery.
  • Our entire network is fully compliant with disability and health and safety regulations.
  • As well as our main assistance networks we have access to a commercial vehicle network, various hire car suppliers, locksmiths and tyre specialists.

Rescue 24

AXA Assistance in the UK has its own roadside assistance network, Rescue 24, that it uses strategically to complement its third party network. Our strategy is to develop this network alongside our managed third party network.

We currently employ 40 highly qualified technicians and operate a fleet of 20 vehicles. Our technicians also operate our technical helpdesk, helping our third party operators and Rescue 24 technicians on the road to diagnose and repair vehicles.

Rescue 24 has been specifically designed not to conflict with our partners' and clients’ brands.
