UK network
Our UK network is managed in partnership with Homeserve, and includes nearly 2,000 tradespeople including plumbers, drainage experts, glaziers, locksmiths, electricians, gas fitters, roofers, general builders and pest controllers.
All our tradespeople are vetted - checking that their public liability certificate is up-to-date; validating their relevant trade certificates; formally agreeing service and performance levels; training them in health and safety issues; and checking with the CRB that they don't have a criminal record.
Irish network
Our self-managed Irish network includes 77 agents working across all property trades in the Republic of Ireland and a further 17 In Northern Ireland.
Quality of work and service levels are continually monitored by customer surveys, and inspections of properties where we are involved in a repair take place either before, during, or after the work is completed.
